Anthropologie Inspired Fringed Feather Dish Towels

I’m so excited that I am finally posting an Anthropologie inspired project! That store comes out with the BEST stuff, but most of it is out of my price range. When I spotted the Fringed Feather Dish Towels on their website, I NEEDED them in my kitchen for fall. At $18 a towel, I knew I could easily beat the price with a mock version.

Crazy Simple Anthropologie Inspired Dish Towels

I actually tried two different options for making these towels. The full tutorial and my opinion on which option worked better are over at View From the Fridge today. Katie was sweet enough to ask me to guest post so she could have a little more free time with her sweet baby Ben. After you check out my post, be sure to hop around her blog and explore. She is seriously creative and a total expert at the whole knock-off thing!

G’day from Oz. Those towels are so cute! I love Anthropologie. I wish we had it here in Australia.

If you have a minute to spare I’d be thrilled if you could share your post at my weekly Say G’Day Saturday linky party. It has just started and this would be a fabulous addition.

Best wishes for a great weekend.

This is such a fantastic idea! Loved the tutorial–easy and your lines did turn out very nicely. I’ll be trying this soon!
